Coach Every Player

​

I am a former professional footballer, now a personal trainer and coach educator - training communities and players from age five to professional level, working with coaches at every level from grassroots to academy, and running an urban outdoor training community in London.

​

My work centres on what the coaching manuals rarely cover: mixed-ability squads, neurodiversity, cultural diversity, mixed-age training, and the human skills that make a real difference to real players.

​

I have trained African national squads, worked with professional players through pre-season preparation, and run community football and fitness sessions in London for years.

​

I was awarded by Sport London for "exceptional commitment and measurable impact on grassroots sport" at the 2026 London Sport Awards.
